Stomp, sip, and celebrate

At the heart of Stomp Festival Cessnock are the wineries that bring the soul, flavour, and character of our renowned wine region to life. The event is designed to spotlight local wine producers and create genuine opportunities to connect with thousands of engaged festivalgoers.

This year, we’re excited to share that the participation fee for wineries is subsidised by Cessnock City Council and set at just $500. We know that your time and resources are valuable, so our goal is to ensure your investment delivers a clear and immediate return. With a tailored event design, limited vendor spots, and a focus on quality over quantity, we’re aiming for strong ROI from the moment gates open.

We’re removing the wine token system this year, giving wineries more freedom to create the experience that best reflects their brand.

  • All wineries must operate their own payment systems
  • Set tasting pricing will apply with two tiers: Standard and Premium – you choose which wines fall under which level
  • Glass and bottle pricing is up to each winery
  • All elements are subject to liquor licensing conditions

Limited spots available – apply today!

There will be a cap on the number of wineries participating to ensure each vendor gets maximum exposure and value.

Please note: Completing the application form does not guarantee your spot at the festival. Your position will be confirmed after review and you will be sent a confirmation email with a payment link.
